Am I eligible to enter?
To enter the Conwy Business Awards your business must be based within Conwy County, or to nominate an individual the person must be working for a business that is based within County Conwy. Any other eligibility criteria will be listed at the top of each category nomination form.
Do I have to nominate my own business?
No one knows your business quite like you do, so the process is usually that businesses put forward their own nominations with supporting evidence relevant to the chosen category.
Can I submit more than one entry?
​Yes you can. Take a look at all of the categories in detail to decide which ones are suitable for your company, there is no limit.

What happens after I enter?
You will receive an email to confirm that your entry has been received. If you do not receive this please contact Heather Thomas on 01492 574541 or Kim Nicholls on 01492 574555 or email awards@conwy.co.uk
Can I upload any supporting documents?
We encourage you to submit supporting evidence with your application in the form of 1 additional document. The limit is 6 sides of A4 (3 double sided sheets). You cannot exceed this limit.
What is the judging process?
Judging is a two stage process carried out by the Conwy County Borough Council Business Team and elected experts from each of the sponsoring companies. The first stage is to shortlist the nominations, the second stage is the final judging (which will take place towards the end of May).
When and where is the ceremony?
The Conwy Business Awards Ceremony for 2019 will take place at Venue Cymru, Promenade, Llandudno on Friday June 21st. Anyone can purchase a ticket to join in on the night. Tickets are available to purchase from Eventbrite after nominations have closed.
What are the timings on the night of the event?
The itinerary will be released on our website and emailed to you closer to the event. We usually start the evening around 6pm.
